• MACHINE MADE Silk Tops differ from our original Fully Handtied Silk Tops in the following way:  Slightly more rigid and less flexible but still lays very flat.  Slightly "noisy" when scratching the silk top with your fingernail or tapping it.  On the other hand, MACHINE MADE Silk Tops are extremely flat and mimic a realistic scalp appearance just like the Fully Handtied versions.
• Pressure Sensitive Clips at hairline and around the perimeter.
