What is the March special?
For purchases made during the month of March, we are waiving all restocking fees.
What are the standard restocking fees?
Under our normal policy, all approved returns for refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee is enforced for purchases made using an installment payment plan option such as Affirm – Pay Over Time or Shop Pay Installments.
What does the March special change?
For purchases made in March, those 10% or 15% restocking fees will not apply. If your return is approved and meets our policy requirements, you will receive your full purchase price refunded minus original shipping charges.
Does this apply to installment plans?
Yes. Even if you use Affirm or Shop Pay Installments, the usual 15% restocking fee will be waived for March purchases.
Is there a limit?
Yes. This special is limited to one purchase per customer during the month of March.
